Musopen

Project Description

Musopen is a 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on increasing access to music by creating free resources and educational materials. They provide recordings, sheet music, and textbooks to the public for free, without copyright restrictions. We created a brand new, user-focused design concept for them, with the intention of increasing visitor engagement. The most frequently used feature – search – was moved to the forefront and a dynamic image slider above the footer added the much needed panache to the site without destroying the ‘old feel’.
